A quote from NORA's Chair: Dr. Sabrina Wooten- “The strength of a region is defined by how we care for our most vulnerable,” said Dr. Wooten. “This grant program represents not just financial support, but a powerful affirmation of the incredible work that grant participants do every day. We are proud to invest in their missions.” Dr. Wooten and board members of NORA extend their heartfelt gratitude to Sentara Healthcare for partnering with NORA to make these essential grants possible through their generous support.

"NORA was very compassionate about helping families change/improve their current situation. All families that participated in the program gained knowledge in creating and maintaining a budget, how to write a resume, where to find housing, and many other areas of their lives that needed improvement. They were very appreciative. "
